Our handpicked team is carefully selected based on both their skills and their character. We only hire people we’d want to spend time with ourselves, ensuring that our team is truly dedicated to building the best possible connections and providing exceptional care.
We aim to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by delivering compassionate care and fostering relationships built on respect, trust, and empowerment.
We’re also frustrated by agencies that charge clients the maximum NDIS rates, draining their funding, and not fairly compensating workers for the valuable work they do.
At Wondrous Support, we treat clients’ funding as their money, giving them full choice and control over how it’s used. The final say is always with the participant, parent, or guardian - because your voice is what matters most to us!

For me, support is all about warmth and friendship, where everyone feels truly accepted. It’s not just about services; it’s about creating a welcoming, personal experience where giving and receiving support feels genuine, full of connection, and wondrous!
As a working support worker, I’ve seen firsthand the power of having the right people in the right roles. My experience has also highlighted the gaps in disability care, where clients often feel overlooked or overcharged by larger companies.
